The JmoShift Custom Strength Program is a 13-week, three-phase training system built around one goal: making you a more powerful, durable pitcher. Unlike generic lifting programs, this program is tailored to attack your lowest-hanging fruit from a physical standpoint. Whether that's a lack of hip mobility, underdeveloped posterior chain strength, or poor rotational explosiveness, every phase is designed with your specific needs in mind. The result is a program that not only helps you gain velocity, but builds the physical foundation to protect your arm and stay on the mound.
What's Included:
Phase 1. Build (6 Weeks): Hypertrophy and foundational movement work focused on developing the muscle mass and body awareness that power production demands. Emphasis on spatial awareness and learning to move well under load.
Phase 2. Strengthen (3 Weeks): Targeted strength work in deep ranges of motion specific to the pitching pattern, paired with dedicated arm care to reinforce joint integrity and longevity.
Phase 3. Explode (4 Weeks): Explosive, power-based training designed to translate everything built in Phases 1 and 2 directly into rotational power and velocity on the mound.
Exercise Video Library: Every exercise in the program comes with a demonstration video so you know exactly how to execute each movement with proper intent and technique.
